The production upgrade was executed successfully with zero loss events and no disruptions to ticketing, integrations, or core functionality—a significant achievement, especially considering our environment processes over a million events per month. Huge thanks again to everyone involved in making this a smooth and successful transition!

I know that the last two days you have been super busy dealing with cortex memory issues in the dev environment, Chaitanya. Even though it is dev, it has a direct impact on our team’s onboarding timelines, and you along with the team have diligently addressed it. Kudos! In addition, earlier, you also spearheaded the Grafana DB issue with the help of Pankaj/Ravi and the team, and it’s an impeccable show as well. Keep it up and hope to see more innovative solutions as always.

I am so, so, so proud of this team! Fantastic collaboration, transparency, and accountability in transitioning from a major ITSM SaaS platform that was proving extremely expensive, and transforming internal IT processes into a modern Jira Service Management SaaS platform ($640K savings). Sowmya has done an excellent job in performing load testing on-the-fly in Remedy Dev. Softility has been proactive in responding to and resolving any issues quickly and has played a significant role in the success of our operations. Softility's efforts in integrating diverse siloed tools and implementing a unified monitoring and log analytics platform have allowed our ops team to access granular monitoring data and achieve comprehensive operational awareness. This has enabled Public Safety Operations team to proactively address issues and ensure the stability of our mission-critical emergency services. Well done!

I appreciate the work you and the team demonstrated to us last week. You guys were able to translate my imagined scenario into a working version of the Developer workflow we’ve been discussing. We have completed the full migration of our Jira and Confluence instances to our new upgraded and state- of-the-art SaaS cloud solution. The task included moving 1,001 Confluence Spaces and 629 Jira projects including all the integrations and automation processes that many of these projects required. I want to highlight members of my team, the Softility team, and Atlassian that helped us complete this key milestone in our Tech Transformation Journey.

I'd like to recognize the effort of Moona and Manish to ensure we had a successful Mgmt demo on integrating ServiceNow Notify with Twilio. This was a critical path item for the team for an ongoing project and Moona’s contribution has been immensely valuable. Great job, Moona! Keep up the good work!

We needed this and there is no question about how important this solution is overall for the data needs we have at hand.
