I thoroughly enjoy working here. It is friendly and hip. We have the opportunity to work on technologically-advanced projects. There aren’t any limitations to spreading our wings and acquiring new skills with specialized courses. As the company is expanding, there are plenty of opportunities for us to learn even more.

Work-life balance is very important - Softility provides that. We all work very hard here. At the same time, we are getting time to pursue our hobbies and interests. I’m glad I can take some time out to go hiking, trekking, and pursue my hobbies in photography.
