Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the Fortune 500. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
  • Conduct thorough research and profiling of target companies within the Fortune 500.
  • Identify and qualify key stakeholders and executive decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to generate qualified leads.
  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns and collateral, including presentations, case studies, and marketing materials.
  • Assist in planning and executing targeted digital marketing campaigns, including social media content and online advertising.
  • Partner Relationships:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive joint business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Sales Support:
  • Provide timely and accurate information to the sales team to support their sales efforts.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and demonstrations.
  • Track and report on sales activities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target accounts.
  • Trade Show Participation:
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.
  • Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients at trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
  • Proven ability to identify and qualify leads, build relationships, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Experience with social selling and utilizing social media platforms for business development.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
