Responsibilities :
- Screen resumes as per job descriptions.
- Sourcing candidates from job portals, databases, social media, cold calling, etc.
- Scheduling interviews and closing positions ASAP with less TAT
- Pursuing with offered candidates till they join.
- Regular Interaction/meetings with stakeholders to proactively discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offer updates and future requirements
- Work in sync with the business needs of the company
- Mandatory regular reports on hiring status.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruiting database and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.
- Taking care of pre and post-interview communications
- Communicating employer information and corporate benefits during the screening process.
Required Skills :
- 3yrs to 8yrs experience in IT recruitment.
- M.B.A. (HR) or Bachelors Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Should be able to multi-task and prioritize the work accordingly
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
