• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Scrum.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities :

• Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand.
• Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Agile methodologies.
