Required Skills :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in Atlassian tools, particularly Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is preferred.
Responsibilities :
Business Analysis :
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process diagrams.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements and conduct needs assessments.
Atlassian Expertise :
- Proficiently use Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management, to support business processes and project management.
- Configure and customize Atlassian tools to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, and reports.
Technical Coordination :
- Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide support during the development, testing, and implementation phases of projects.
Project Management :
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
- Identify and manage risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
Continuous Improvement :
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
