Technical Business Analyst

Experience :
10+ Years

Required Skills :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Atlassian tools, particularly Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is preferred.

Responsibilities :

Business Analysis :

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements and conduct needs assessments.

Atlassian Expertise :

• Proficiently use Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management, to support business processes and project management.
• Configure and customize Atlassian tools to meet specific business needs.
• Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, and reports.

Technical Coordination :

• Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Provide support during the development, testing, and implementation phases of projects.

Project Management :

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Continuous Improvement :

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
